Chat & Email Support Specialist with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing email & chat support to clients at all levels;
• Answering questions from clients on the company service’s;
• Guiding customers through processes and offering in-depth product expertise;
• Concentrating on the demands of the customer and providing the best feasible solution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
