Our partner is a company developing rapidly in the Fintech industry. Their office in Bulgaria is located on one of the most beautiful and picturesque central streets, and their team consists of young professionals. We are currently in search of a key employee, for the position:
Chat & Email Support Specialist with English
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing email & chat support to clients at all levels;
- Answering questions from clients on the company service’s;
- Guiding customers through processes and offering in-depth product expertise;
- Concentrating on the demands of the customer and providing the best feasible solution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Very good verbal and written English (B2-C1);
- Having prior experience in a related field would be advantageous;
