Chat and Email Support Representaitve
Main Responsibilities:
· Provide assistance in problem-solving to customers (via email or chat);
· Provide friendly and prompt responses to gamers/ users;
· Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;
· Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services;

Job requirements:
· Have excellent verbal and written English (C1-C2 Level);
