Accounts Receivable Specialist with Spanish and English

Main responsibilities:

  • To liaise with clients over the phone and via email through Oracle Advanced Collections
  • Responsible for chairing meetings and reporting with different people within the company
  • Reconciliations of accounts;
  • Hitting monthly, quarterly and annual AR targets;
  • Resolving queried debt;
  • Comply with company rules and procedures.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field;
  • Experience in an accounting and/ or finance position for at least 6 months will be considered an advantage;
  • Very good level of verbal and written English;
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
