Accounts Payable Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
• Sort and distribute incoming mail;
• Booking of different type of invoices and expense reports in an ERP system;
• Responding to all vendor inquiries;

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of German;
• Good level of English;
• Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting or related field;
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processing.
