Our client, a trusted outsourcing partner with multiple successfully executed projects across international clients, is expanding its team. You will join as a strategic and operational contributor, with a vital role in coordinating, controlling, and supporting key processes in the position of:

Workforce Planning Analyst with English

Main responsibilities:

· Handle shift operations, including sick calls and daily assignments, ensuring proper team rotation.

· Assign daily table responsibilities to the agents, ensuring a fair and efficient rotation of Team Members.

· Track daily attendance and promptly inform Team Members of any schedule changes via phone or email, while coordinating emergency leave requests with the Scheduling department;

· Monitoring real time performance and measuring KPI's by tracking productivity.
