Workforce Management Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing a monthly delivery of the Agents' schedule;
- Assign daily roles to the Agents;
- Communicate schedule updates to team members via phone or email;
- Ensures KPI goals are being met;
- Capture, store, and report on historical statistics;
- Maintain and analyze workforce performance;
- Proactively establishes the need for change.

Job requirements:
- Excellent level in English (C1 level);
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- A keen eye for details and proactivity;
- Experience as Real-Time Analyst, Workforce Management Specialist, or in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
