Workforce Control with English (iGaming)

Main responsibilities:

· Handle shift operations, including sick calls and daily assignments, ensuring proper team rotation.

· Assign daily table responsibilities to game presenters and game show presenters, ensuring a fair and efficient rotation of Team Members.

· Track daily attendance and promptly inform Team Members of any schedule changes via phone or email, while coordinating emergency leave requests with the Scheduling department.
