Main responsibilities:

• Identifying patterns with issues and notifying the relevant department;
• Working closely with international teams;
• Prioritizing tasks by urgency and difficulty;
• Provide a quality solution and validate the solution with the customer;
• Addressing responsible departments in a timely manner, in order to provide best quality service;
• Effective use of internal tools to ensure the quality of the service provided;
• Implement the defined quality policy within the company.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Understanding of WooCommerce and everything aroundit;
• Understanding of the WordPress database structure;
• Experience with Elementor and JS Composer;
• Experience debugging themes and plugins;
• Experience optimizing sites for performance;
• Excellent knowledge of CSS;
• Linux& Web Hostingexperience will be considered a huge benefit.
