Windows System Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s virtual server infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, and updates
- Handle corporate network infrastructure like LAN, Wi-Fi, and WAN, ensuring smooth deployment and optimization
- Maintain backups for virtual servers and network systems, ensuring they’re regularly tested and monitored
- Oversee the company’s IP PBX telephony systems
- Keep IT infrastructure documentation up to date
- Contribute to global IT and security projects
- Manage hardware and software inventory.
- Offer 2nd and 3rd level IT support to employees, resolving issues promptly
- Explore new technologies to enhance system and network performance
- Adhere to IT and security protocols and provide regular reports on changes and incidents
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong English language skills
- Practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server and common roles like AD, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization technology
- Knowledge of Office365/Azure cloud and Intune MDM
- Understanding of VLANs, Routing, and Switching, with a grasp of OSI concepts
- Analytical problem-solving skills with root cause analysis abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to haves:
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with ZenDesk, LiveChat, and Voiso cloud PBX
- Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
