Web Hosting Technical Support
- Processing tickets from ticket system queue, live chat, and phone;
- Identifying patterns with issues and notifying the relevant department;
- Working closely with international teams;
- Prioritizing tasks by urgency and difficulty;
- Provide a quality solution and validate the solution with the customer;
- Addressing responsible departments in a timely manner, in order to provide best quality service;
- Effective use of internal tools to ensure the quality of the service provided;
- Implement the defined quality policy within the company.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Extensive understanding of cPanel and everything around it;
- Excellent understanding of the Linux Architecture;
- Experience with DNS and Exim;
- Some Experience debugging PHP/MySQL based websites;
- Some Experience optimizing sites for performance;
- Some knowledge of PHP would be a huge benefit.
