Web Hosting Technical Support

Main responsibilities:

• Processing tickets from ticket system queue, live chat, and phone;
• Identifying patterns with issues and notifying the relevant department;
• Working closely with international teams;
• Prioritizing tasks by urgency and difficulty;
• Provide a quality solution and validate the solution with the customer;
• Addressing responsible departments in a timely manner, in order to provide best quality service;
• Effective use of internal tools to ensure the quality of the service provided;
• Implement the defined quality policy within the company.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Extensive understanding of cPanel and everything around it;
•  Excellent understanding of the Linux Architecture;
• Experience with DNS and Exim;
• Some Experience debugging PHP/MySQL based websites;
• Some Experience optimizing sites for performance;
• Some knowledge of PHP would be a huge benefit.
