Trade & Customer Marketing Specialist

What you'll do:

• Actively contribute to shaping and delivering customer marketing initiatives tailored to the Bulgarian market;
• Oversee the process of producing and distributing point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely and high-quality execution in stores;
• Adjust international brand campaigns and visual materials for local use, ensuring legal and strategic alignment;
• Contribute monitoring and manage the budget allocations related to customer marketing activities;
• Take part in category growth projects and support merchandising activities, including planogram development;
• Serve as a key connector between internal departments like, as well as external production partners.

What we’re looking for:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related filed;
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in Trade/Customer marketing, Brand marketing, or Sales within an FMCG or Pharmaceuticals sphere;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders;
• Аnalytical thinking & Time management skills;
• Proficiency in Excel.
