For our client - a leading innovator in the online gaming industry, we are looking to expand our clients team with a
Technical Support Specialist with Spanish
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing basic technical support via ticketing system and email
- Monitoring of numerous systems
- Participating in functionality tests and new application introductions
- Consulting clients about the specifications of the company's products
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support
OUR CLIENT OFFERS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Understanding of PC literacy and website structures
- Ability to work from the office in shifts, including night shifts
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
