Technical Support Specialist with German (B2 level)

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate and consult client via email and phone;

• Resolve technical issues related to the company's products;
  ‍
• Maintain company's database.

• Good verbal and written German (B2 Level);

• Good English level (B1 - B2 Level);
