Talent Acquisition with German

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract German-speaking candidates;
• Collaborate with vendors, hiring managers and team members;
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
