We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join the company's team in the role of:
Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the store team with a focus on creating a positive and results-oriented work environment;
- Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal coverage based on store needs;
- Set clear goals and expectations for employees and monitor their achievement;
- Encourage teamwork, effective communication, and the implementation of company culture;
- Maintain high customer service standards through personal example and engagement;
- Organize product deliveries and correct placement, monitor stock levels, and ensure accuracy in logistics processes;
- Collaborate with team members and headquarters to improve operational processes and achieve sustainable results.

Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in a managerial position – Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail fashion environment;
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team;
- Leadership style focused on teamwork and achieving high results;
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Passion for the fashion industry and ambition for further development in the field;
- Working level of English language proficiency.
