Here's a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:

• Preparing weekly schedules and monitoring their compliance;
• Organizing the work process and monitoring the quality of customer service;
• Assisting with customer complaints and cases;
• Attractive product arrangement and sales tracking;
• Recruitment, interviewing and training of new employees;
• Daily analysis of market trends and introduction of new products.

Profile of the successful candidate:

• Previous experience in the Retail field is a must;
• At least 1 year of experience in leading a team;
• Fluency in English - written and spoken;
• Expressed leadership qualities and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Excellent computer and technical literacy.
