Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and efficient systems using modern technologies
• Lead efforts to enhance system reliability and observability across engineering teams
• Develop and optimize internal tools to automate and simplify production service management
• Handle incidents swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime or service disruption
• Implement and improve product monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, fluent-bit, ELK stack)
• Manage deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth releases
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and other infrastructure-as-code solutions
• Create Bash scripts and leverage Python for automation purposes
• Document systems, processes, and best practices clearly and share knowledge across teams
• Provide on-call support for production environments, ensuring quick issue resolution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or similar roles
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar
• Experience with logging frameworks like the ELK stack or Fluentd/Fluent-bit
• Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Chef, ArgoCD, or FluxCD
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar
• Strong background in Linux system administration
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and scripting languages is considered as a plus
