For our client, we are looking for a

Senior Finance Supervisor – Manufacturing

to support the financial management of their three production sites in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for the manufacturing sites.
• Lead financial reporting under Bulgarian GAAP & US-GAAP.
• Manage and develop project and production controlling processes.
• Identify efficiency improvements and optimize financial procedures.
• Build, manage, and develop a local finance team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian GAAP & US-GAAP.
• Experience with SAP (SQL, EDW knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and drive improvements.
• Fluent in English & Bulgarian.
