Main responsibilities:
- Promoting the products and services on the platform;
- Contacting current and former clients via outbound calls and email;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients in order to build loyalty;
- Providing up-to-date product information to ensure high-quality customer service.

Main requirements:
- Excellent Flemsh language skills (C2);
- Very good English language skills (B2);
