Revenue Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the company's CRM, ERP, and payment systems;
• Monitor and manage the entire process from deal registration to final customer payment;
• Analyze and consolidate data from international sales teams and financial systems;
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across various business systems and reports;
• Prepare regular reports and analyses related to revenue, accounts receivable, and operational performance metrics;
• Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including revenue analysis, overdue receivables review, and financial performance reporting;
• Develop and optimize reports, automations, and workflows to improve operational efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role with a financial background;
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other payment business systems;
• Good understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and revenue management;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and derive actionable insights;
• Proactive approach to process optimization and automation;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems, such as SAP;
• Knowledge of financial and payment platforms, as well as experience with automation, reporting, or business analysis tools.
