Recruitment Specialist

Here’s what a typical day at HRS Bulgaria looks like:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with company partners to identify staffing needs;
• Creating and updating job advertisements;
• Utilizing effective recruitment channels to attract potential candidates, including job platforms and social media;
• Proactively identifying and engaging with candidates through various sourcing methods and channels;
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications according to pre-defined criteria;
• Actively communicating and collaborating with colleagues and teams across the company to align recruitment strategies and ensure smooth cooperation throughout the entire hiring process.

Profile of the successful candidate:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in recruitment agency or fast-passed environment;
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong time management skills and professional discipline;
• Experience in customer service, sales, or contact center environments will be considered an advantage.
