About the Role:

As an R&D Specialist, you will be part of the dynamic Research and Development team. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful innovation, applying your engineering or scientific background to develop next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products, from concept to market launch;

• Conduct research on materials, production technologies, and consumer needs;

• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and technical data to guide improvements;

• Improve existing products in collaboration with other teams;

• Prepare technical documentation including test reports, charts, and presentations;

• Coordinate with external and internal partners to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Chemistry or Physics;

• At least 2 years of experience in an R&D or product development;

• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level);

• Knowledge in Pulp and paper chemistry and polymer chemistry;

• Good command of MS Office and technical documentation tools;

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach;

• A driving license and willingness to travel occasionally.
