Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer business and technical needs thoroughly
• Develop detailed business requirements for use in formal statements of work
• Manage project deliverables and objectives comprehensively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Lead project planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation for successful project execution
• Monitor project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies proactively
• Conduct regular project status updates and reviews with stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of project challenges
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Financial Process Automation or general business process automation projects
• PMI certification or similar project management certification (preferred).
• Results-oriented, self-starter capable of delivering projects with minimal oversight
