Pricing and Retail Performance Manager

Accountabilities:

• Creating and executing business strategies, related to the Retail pricing in collaboration with the Category Managers;
• Planning and tracking the retail business performance and ROIs;
• Setting inspiring and motivating targets on site level – both for business planning and active selling;
• Analysing effectiveness of promotions;
• Monitoring competitor activities and proposing response using inventory of retail marketing communications;
• Building data reports of the assortment performance;

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• University degree in Economics, Finance or relevant field;
• Proven work experience 3+ years, preferably within Finance or FMCG;
• Retail Marketing experience;
• Strong commercial and result driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English;
