Platform Support with German and English (Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria)

Main responsibilities:

• Providing general customer and technical support to clients via phone, email and chat regarding the various cases involving the platform;
• Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
• Maintaining and obtaining new knowledge about the platform.

• Advanced level of German and English (B2-C1);
• Excellent communication skills;
