Platform Advisor with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
• Checking bank details such as IBAN, etc, into online banking platforms;
• Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to international users of a payment platform;
• Update the internal tracking system.

• Excellent verbal and written German and English (C1 Level);
