‍People Development & Training Specialist

‍

‍‍Your Key Responsibilities:‍

• Identifying training needs and conducting them in order to achieve effective and satisfying results;

• Revise training materials to reflect process updates;

• Support vendor selection and participate in training design, coordination and implementation;

• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training programs using business KPIs, surveys, deep-dive interviews and structured observations;

• Training budget tracking;

• Provide regular monitoring, evaluation and reporting on program effectiveness and completion rates;

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and new project implementations.

‍What they are looking for:‍

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field;

• Previous work experience in a similar role – at least 2 years;

• Experience in training design and delivery;

• Fluency in English - B2 level is a must;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning software;

• Strong organizational skills;

• Responsible, creative, and positive approach towards processes and activities;

• Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
