Non-Voice Assistant with English (Night Shifts)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to new and existing customers via chat and email;
• Identify customers' needs and resolve product or service problems;
• Contribute to team efforts and meet the company's targets;
• Maintain the company`s database.
