IT Help Desk with Polish
Main responsibilities:
- Providing general technical support to business clients via phone, email and chat regarding the various cases involving different type of equipment;
- Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
- Maintaining technical expertise in supported software and hardware.

Job requirements:
- Advanced level of Polish and English (B2-C1);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of Windows/IOS, MS Office;
