IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and defining user requirements through interviews, work sessions, document analysis, and existing solution reviews
• Coordinating with the client’s project team to clarify and verify requirements
• Identifying customer needs, industry specifics, and problem areas
• Collaborating with BI developers, data engineers, and QAs to deliver BI or Data Engineering solutions
• Coordinating technical operations, including issue analysis, data quality, and ETL processes
• Applying research techniques for gathering quantitative and qualitative information
• Participating in project and test management, and creating development and support documentation
• Reviewing and approving new functionalities before production release
• Visualizing and presenting ideas, solutions, and data professionally
• Conducting user training and support activities

Nice to have:

• BA, Project Management, or ITIL certification
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau
