Insurance Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Actively communicate with insurance companies and corporate clients;
• Present and consult clients on the company’s product portfolio, conduct negotiations, and prepare tailored solutions based on their needs;
• Organize the process of research and analysis for specific types of insurance;
• Participate in the preparation of price offers and contracts;
• Maintain long-term business relationships with existing partners.

Profile of the successful candidate:

• Higher education in Economics or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector;
• Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role will be considered an advantage;
• English language proficiency – level B2;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Innovative and proactive approach to task execution.
