HR Generalist

The main responsibilities would be:

• Monitoring existing work processes and identifying areas for improvement;
• Supporting the recruitment process by conducting interviews;
• Preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms when necessary;
• Preparing and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience;
• Actively participating in weekly and monthly meetings at both regional and group levels.

To succeed you should have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position; Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of HR operations and labour law;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
