HR Generalist
The main responsibilities would be:
- Monitoring existing work processes and identifying areas for improvement;
- Supporting the recruitment process by conducting interviews;
- Preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms when necessary;
- Preparing and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience;
- Actively participating in weekly and monthly meetings at both regional and group levels.

To succeed you should have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position; Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of HR operations and labour law;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
