Help Desk Specialist with French / German and English


Main responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software problem resolution via telephone and email;
  • Maintain strong relationships with businesses and follow-up to ensure the problems are resolved;
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in French OR German (C1 level);
  • Proficiency in English (B2 / C1 level);
  • Experience as a Customer or Technical Support in an international company will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
