German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote
Our partner is a well-established international company operating in the outsourcing industry. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via different communication channels (phone and ticketing systems);
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Support customers with general account- and service-related questions;
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following internal procedures and quality standards;
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems.

Candidate Requirements:
- Very high level of German – C1/C2;
- English – B2 level;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
- Previous experience in customer support (even minimal) is considered an advantage;
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple tools;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude;
- Ability to work on a shift-based schedule.
