The Company operates in Bulgaria for more than five years and has grown to over 2 000 employees.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional with a pro-active attitude and passion about creating and implementing technical learning strategies, to join their team as
- Develops learning strategies, related to technical skills and knowledge for all teams on a regional level;
- Identifies the learning needs and be responsible for planning, creating and executing training delivery;
- Cooperates with all internal clients and partners to support revenue growth and demands for the clients;
- Partners with global and local teams on strategic growth and expansion in within the region;
- Represents training in all relevant strategic and tactical forums;
Required qualifications and skills;
- Experience for 10+ years in BRO/BPT Industry;
- Proven previous experience in people management;
- Experience in planning and executing technical learning services;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Good command of German language is an advantage;
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills;
