Main responsibilities:

• Develops learning strategies, related to technical skills and knowledge for all teams on a regional level;
• Identifies the learning needs and be responsible for planning, creating and executing training delivery;
• Cooperates with all internal clients and partners to support revenue growth and demands for the clients;
• Partners with global and local teams on strategic growth and expansion in within the region;
• Represents training in all relevant strategic and tactical forums;

Required qualifications and skills;

• Experience for 10+ years in BRO/BPT Industry;
• Proven previous experience in people management;
• Experience in planning and executing technical learning services;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Good command of German language is an advantage;
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills;
