Data Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support to our Data Platform
• Monitor Data Pipeline workflows and ensure efficient resolution
• Analyze technical issues, pinpointing the root cause
• Address critical and complex issues in collaboration with our Architects and Team Leaders
• Contribute innovative solutions by thinking outside the box and optimizing processes
• Seamlessly integrate new clients into our systems
• Perform historic data loads for our Global & Local clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience on similar position
• Knowledge in Data Lakes, Data Lakehouse services, Data Platform products
• Good knowledge of SQL (Spark SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL)
• Intermediate knowledge in Python / PySpark
• Knowledge in terms of Data Quality Assurance
• Good working knowledge with JIRA & Confluence
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves:

• Working experience with Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database, Snowflake, S3 Storage, PowerBI
• German language
