Customer Support Representative with Romanian

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients via various channels;
• Manage different requests in regards to products and suggesting information about other services provided by the company;
• Update the internal tracking system to track documents, issues, work requests and inquiries;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Fluent in Romanian (c1 level);
• Proficient level of English (B2 level);
