Customer Support Officer with French
Main responsibilities:
- Providing Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshooting, problem identification, and guiding customers through solutions
- Supporting client-facing departments and the customer support team
- Providing quality service in troubleshooting, account issues, and trading inquiries
- Balancing company policy with customer benefit in decision-making
- Handling issues in the best interest of both customers and the company
- Informing customers about internal regulations and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and due diligence controls
- Delivering top-quality customer support throughout the customer journey

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Forex industry or financial market
- Excellent knowledge of English & French language
