Customer Support Agent with German for a Sports platform

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers mainly through email and live chat as well as per phone;
• Advising and informing customers regarding client's products and services;
• Assisting customers with inquiries and issues they may face;
• Finding solutions to customer's problems.

Main requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written German (C1 level);
• Good command of the English language (B1 level);
• Interest in sports;
• Experience in a customer service role will be considered an advantage;
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
