Customer Support Agent with German / Dutch / Finnish or French
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via various channels;
- Consult client's about the company's products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German / Dutch / Finnish or French;
- Working level of English;
- Good computer literacy;
