For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in outsourcing industry, we are looking for:
Customer Service Representative with French/German/Dutch or Italian (New project)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports business partners by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone, chat and email;
- Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide technical problem resolution;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

- Fluent in German/ French/ Italian OR Dutch;
- Very good level of English (at least B1/B2 level);
- Suitable for students;
- Experience in customer or technical support will be considered an advantage.
