Main responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support and customer care services to end users (via email, chat, and phone)
• Identify customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Verify client information for compliance
• Assist in smooth client onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate client records and transactions
• Aid in secure deposit and withdrawal processes
• Stay updated on regulations for effective application
• Ability to react to customers' requests in a professional manner
