Customer Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support and customer care services to end users (via email, chat, and phone)
- Identify customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Verify client information for compliance
- Assist in smooth client onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate client records and transactions
- Aid in secure deposit and withdrawal processes
- Stay updated on regulations for effective application
- Ability to react to customers' requests in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous similar experience in customer support or sales field is a plus

- Excellent communication skills
