Customer Request Operator with French / German / Czech and English

Main responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries via phone and email;
• Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Maintain and update the company`s system.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German / French / Czech (C1 level);
• Working level of English (B2 level);
• Previous experience on a similar position is not necessary but will be considered as a plus;
