‍Client Service Advisor with English (NEW Project)

‍

‍‍Responsibilities:‍

• Responding to customer queries (from the UK) in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat;
• Providing assistance to UK clients with billing and payment information;
• Update the internal databases with information about clients’ accounts and technical issues and valuable discussions with customers;
• Troubleshooting customers' basic tech problems.
