For one of our clients, an international leading company now developing a new network-providing project, we are looking for:
Client Service Advisor with English (NEW Project)
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries (from the UK) in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat;
- Providing assistance to UK clients with billing and payment information;
- Update the internal databases with information about clients’ accounts and technical issues and valuable discussions with customers;
- Troubleshooting customers' basic tech problems.
