They are looking for a Client Relations Specialist with German / Greek / Czech / Slovak and English as their team is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in any of the following languages: German, Greek, Czech or Slovak;
  • Very good level of English (B2/C1);
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
