Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position of:
Client Advisor with German / Turkish / Dutch and English (Remote option)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide service at the highest company standards;
- Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Inform clients of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German / Turkish / Dutch (C1);
- Working level of English (B2 level);
- Similar experience would be a plus;
