Client Advisor with Dutch / German / French OR Italian (4/6 or 8 hours)

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up and manage order-related requests;
• Provide general support to the clients via phone and email regarding customer inquiries;
• Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments.

Job requirements:
