Chat and Email Support with Polish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to new and existing customers;
- Identify customer's needs and resolve product or service problems;
- Contribute to team efforts and meet company's targets;
- Maintain company`s database.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish C1
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level);
- Experience in a client service role (6+ months);
- Possibility to work from office in Sofia.
