Chat and Email Support Specialist with English and Hungarian (Remote)

Main responsibilities:

• Assist customers with any issues via tickets and chat;
• Identify frequent bugs and problems;
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Hungarian;
• Good command of English (B1-B2);
