Cash Collection Specialist with German
Responsibilities
· Managing and processing collections to ensure timely receipt of payments;
· Contacting clients via email and phone regarding overdue invoices and negotiating payment terms;
· Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities in the system;
· Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve billing issues.

Requirements and necessary skills
· Excellent level of German (C1);
· Good command of English (B2 or higher);
· Previous experience in Cash Collection, Accounts Receivable, or Finance is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
· Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
